1. Overview

This Refund & Fulfillment Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms under which Xcel Digi LLC provides service delivery (“Fulfillment”) and considers refund requests for services rendered. By engaging our Services, you agree to this Policy in its entirety.

2. Service Fulfillment

a. Delivery Timeline

Xcel Digi LLC provides digital marketing, web development, SEO, and related services. Delivery timelines are communicated explicitly in each signed agreement, proposal, or onboarding document.
Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Strategy consultations are fulfilled within 2–4 business days.

  • Website projects: 2–6 weeks depending on complexity.

  • SEO services: ongoing with monthly deliverables.

b. Communication

Clients are expected to maintain open lines of communication via email, project management tools, or calls. Delays caused by client inaction, missed communication, or unresponsiveness do not qualify for refund or compensation.

3. Refund Eligibility

a. General Policy

Due to the customized and labor-intensive nature of our services, Xcel Digi LLC maintains a strict no-refund policy once a project has been initiated, except under the limited conditions stated below.

b. Valid Grounds for Refund

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The client cancels the project before work has commenced.

  • A documented technical error or non-delivery can be demonstrated on our part.

  • A partial refund is requested within 3 calendar days of project commencement, and work completed is less than 10%.

c. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Delays caused by the client.

  • Change of mind after work has started.

  • Lack of results within unreasonable timeframes.

  • Project abandonment by the client.

  • Any service where digital assets, source files, or strategies have already been delivered.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or dispute without contacting Xcel Digi LLC first is considered a breach of agreement. We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate all ongoing services.

  • Involve legal representation to recover costs and damages.

  • Report fraudulent disputes to relevant authorities.

5. FOR UK-BASED CUSTOMERS

UK clients are bound by this same refund framework, with the following additions:

  • Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, UK customers may have the right to cancel digital service contracts within 14 days, provided no service has begun and no digital content has been delivered.

  • Once fulfillment begins (e.g., strategy delivery, coding, research), this cancellation right is voided.

  • If UK consumer protection law conflicts with U.S. terms, Xcel Digi LLC will interpret the policy in favor of compliance with UK statutory rights — without compromising the original agreement under U.S. jurisdiction.

  • UK customers agree that all refund evaluations will still be conducted by Xcel Digi LLC, under the governing law of the United States, unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Requesting a Refund

To submit a refund request, email support@xceldigi.com with the following:

  • Your full name and company name

  • Date of transaction

  • Service purchased

  • Reason for refund request

  • Any supporting documentation

Our team will review your request within 5–7 business days and respond with an approval, partial refund offer, or rejection.

7. Final Decision

Xcel Digi LLC reserves the sole right to approve or deny any refund request. All decisions are final.

8. Updates to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Fulfillment Policy at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
